Insurance programs have various rates. 

We accept e-transfer, debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash.

You need to check with your individual insurance program. If your insurance program covers Registered Social Workers or Certified Counsellor from CCPA, the fees should be covered. You are required to make the  payment at the time of the service and submit receipts to your own insurance company for reimbursement.

Some exceptions are, if you are receiving services through Victims Compensation, and Non-Insured Health Benefits Program through Express Scripts. They will be direct billed.

Full payment is required when 24-hour notice has not been given  prior to cancelling. Half of the payment is due when cancellation is made  within 48 hours.
